These problems started arising heavily in the last 6 months and it's quiet upsetting to someone who listens to EVERY DAY. the search and loading artists will sometimes lag hard. i can't see my profile, my activity feed, load any friends or people's profiles. Not to mention the desktop app bugging out like crazy, what seems like, every other week. Taking in consideration spotify's size, it's gigantic user base and i'm sure the money that's rolling in - is it so hard for you to make a app that just WORKS? as a long time paying user, this lag is UNACCEPTABLE. Not only does the app lag every time i try to change a song, restart a song, go to next song, but the app crashes or gets stuck, thus forcing me to restart the app WAY TOO OFTEN. the album artwork lags past the song so i'll press NEXT, 2 seconds later the song will change, but the album artwork is STILL the pervious song until few more seconds later. this cases use cases like me pressing next, 2-3 times, then i have to press back 3 times, the whole while looking very carefully where i'm pressing and then waiting for the stupid app to lagg 1-3 seconds for each time i pressed the button. ![]() sometimes i dont know if i actually hit the button because they are so hard to press or if the app is just plain lagging. the giant shuffle play button over playlists is unnecessary and ugly.ĮVERY TIME IT LAGS HARD, i sit there press NEXT >, 3 seconds later it registers. they hide the better functions of a song like starring, sharing, even further.
